1. Acknowledgment These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the AI Hindi Application (the “Service”) and the agreement that operates between You and AI Hindi. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2. AI Services & Disclaimer Our Service provides an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered chatbot. You understand and agree that:

  • The AI may sometimes generate incorrect, biased, or inappropriate responses.
  • The information provided by the AI is for general informational purposes only and should not be taken as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • You are solely responsible for how You use the information generated by the Service. We assume no liability for any actions taken based on the AI’s responses.

3. Acceptable Use of Chatbot While You do not need to create an account, You agree to use the Service responsibly. You must not use the AI chatbot to generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or highly offensive content. We reserve the right to block access to the Service for any user who violates these rules or attempts to manipulate/harm the Service infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content (excluding the text prompts provided by You), brand name, logo, visual design, and functionality are the exclusive property of AI Hindi and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Termination We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AI Hindi or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service or the AI-generated responses.
